Customer Support Agent

What you will do:

Your main daily task will be to support our existing and potential customers via chat, email or video chat.

Other duties:

  1. Gathering user feedback and report to the team
  2. Updating users about news or new features

This position is for you if you have: 

  1. Native Hungarian
  2. Advanced English, both written and spoken
  3. Patience and empathy to understand user needs and problems
  4. Expert communication skills
  5. Ability to handle complaints and queries


  • Bilingual education
  • Experience/knowledge in B2B SaaS Sales Process
  • Experience in Customer Support
  • Interested in software and technology
  • English copywriting skills
  • You are flexible regarding the work hours – willing to work at PM shift

Job type and location:

  • Remote or on-site, full-time work  (onboarding in office, some mandatory office days)
  • Sometimes you need to work at PM shift as our customers are in different timezones
  • Office location: 1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán krt. 12-14. (Lurdy ház)
